This website and all its components are the property of Amstel Watches. It is not permitted to publish, copy or store the site or any part of it without the express written consent of Amstel Watches. Such consent is not required for personal, non-commercial use. The information on AmstelWatches.nl and on AmstelWatches.com is compiled by us with care. Nevertheless, it is possible that information published on the site is incomplete and/or incorrect. The information on the site is updated and/or adjusted regularly. Amstel Watches reserves the right to make any changes with immediate effect and without prior notice. Although every effort is made to prevent misuse, we are not liable for information and/or messages sent by users of the website via the Internet. Amstel Watches excludes all liability for any direct or indirect damage, of any nature, arising from or in any way related to the website.

2. Purchasing

2.1. Amstel Watches purchases used Products at its own discretion and focuses on briefly worn or unworn Products that have been released as new on the EU market less than two years ago, offered by any Seller as described below, or at least on Products as described on the Amstel Watches website.

2.2. The Seller is the sole owner of the Product and the Product is unencumbered (free of any attachments, liens or similar rights).

2.3. Amstel Watches assesses the Product offered by the Seller and is not obliged to state the reason for any rejection.

2.4. Amstel Watches assesses the Product offered by the Seller but is not obliged to purchase it.

2.5. Purchases by Amstel Watches take place upon presentation of a valid form of identification by the Seller.

2.6. In addition to any requirements and wishes set out on the Amstel Watches website, the Seller must, insofar as possible, declare that:

a. the Product is new and/or undamaged, or b. the Product is undamaged and either unworn or only briefly worn; c. the Product has not been personalised; d. the Product has not been engraved; e. the Product is in its original state/condition; f. the Product has not undergone any repairs or other work, or any such work has been properly documented; g. the Product is, where possible, in its original packaging, together with any accompanying documents such as a warranty booklet/card.
